FND Ireland volunteer Charis Kenna is lived experience representative for NAI Pre-Budget campaign in June 2026

Our founder Eamon McPartlin and our volunteer Charis Kenna who both live with FND had the opportunity to attend the launch of the Neurological Alliance of Ireland (NAI) Pre-Budget 2027 submission on the 24th June 2026. Charis is one of the lived experience representatives for the NAI campaign and shared her challenges of accessing neurology services.

Thanks to all the elected representatives who attended to support the NAI campaign which seeks funding for specialist neurology pathways (including FND), regional neurologists and completion of the roll out of the community neurorehabilitation teams.
